Dans le cadre des premières Lectures pédagogiques (2016), une monographie collective intitulée « Méthodes interactives d'enseignement du russe et des langues étrangères » a été publiée; La deuxième lecture, consacrée au 50e anniversaire de la faculté de formation continue des enseignants Russe comme langue étrangère, était la monographie « La méthodologie de l'enseignement du russe (comme langue étrangère, comme langue seconde): histoire, situation actuelle, perspectives de développement ».
L'année 2018 a été marquée par le 90e anniversaire du premier doyen de la faculté de formation continue des enseignants Russe comme langue étrangère, le professeur Ekaterina Ivanovna Motina. L’expert était à l’origine de l’enseignement du russe comme langue étrangère. Elle est venue à l'Université RUDN en 1960 pour organiser le processus d'enseignement des étrangers en russe et, en 1968 elle a dirigé la faculté de formation continue des enseignants Russe comme langue étrangère. En 1978, sous la direction de E.I. Motina, une équipe d'instructeurs UDN a commencé à enseigner le russe aux cosmonautes étrangers (programme Intercosmos). E.I. Motina a été l'une des premières à développer un cadre linguistique pour un enseignement professionnel le Russe comme langue étrangère.
« Lectures de Motina » de 2018 est un hommage à Ekaterina Ivanovna Motina, scientifique, enseignante, chef et personnalité.
